About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of real estate sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales representatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to maximize team potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee negotiations, contracts, and closing processes.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Report to senior management with accurate sales forecasts and insights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and regulatory requirements.
