Job Title: Technical Team Leader

Position Summary:

The Technical Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution of projects based on plan and scopes. The role involves leading a team of engineers, technicians and support staffs, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring quality delivery, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all technical activities in assigned projects.

• Provide hands-on technical direction to engineers, Technicians and support staff.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security requirements.

• Develop and maintain project documentation including design documents, configuration files, as built documents, and progress reports.

• Ensure project deliverables meet technical standards and performance benchmarks.

• Lead, supervise and motivate the technical team, fostering collaboration and productivity.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.

• Act as a key technical liaison between the company, client, and subcontractors.

• Review and approve technical designs, BoQs, and test results.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and post-project support.

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant IT experience with at least 2 years in project implementation or coordination.

• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise software deployment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
