Dear Candidate,

Due to our business expansion, we are currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join our company. The accountant will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of our factory. The main responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Associate degree or above);

2. Good knowledge of accounting standards and relevant laws and regulations;

3. Proficient in accounting software and office applications, with strong data analysis skills;

4. High integrity, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility;

5. Prior experience in factory accounting or cost accounting in manufacturing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the company’s daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records;

2. Complete tax declarations on time in compliance with regulations;

3. Calculate and analyze production and operational costs of the factory;

4. Manage invoice issuance and receipt to ensure proper usage;

5. Organize, archive, and maintain financial documents, and prepare regular financial reports;

6. Assist with annual audits and other finance-related tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Probation Period: 2 months, monthly salary of CNY 15,000 (before tax);

• After Confirmation: Monthly salary of CNY 20,000 (before tax);
