Job purpose

We are looking for cashier accountant who is responsible for handling all cash transaction, receipts and coupons, check daily cash & count money.

Duties and responsibilities

Prepared cheque and necessary related document of an organization.
Mainly keeping documentation, filling and track of all payment and advance transactions, preparing recipes for cash replenishment Prepare documents and ensure proper tax is implemented during purchase or refund request.
Preparation of pity cash reports by reconciling receipts versus cash in hand.
Issue receipts, refunds if needed /processing payment according to the policy of the company.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Check daily cash accounts.
Maintains monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions & retain.
Balance the daily account at the end of each day.
Handle receipts and coupons.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Education

BA in Accounting.
Computer skills: (Windows, Word and Excel).

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cashier accountant.
Experience in manufacturing sector is advantageous.
