Responsibility Description*

Industry Solution Manager combines strategic and technical expertise to create, sell, and implement technology solutions for specific industries. It takes responsibilities in aligning technical deployments with global needs, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the solutions meet business objectives. 
Core Responsibilities:
• Define Industry solution strategy by setting vision, roadmap and set short- and long-term plans.
• Gather customer business requirements, translate them into technical architectures, managing sales cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Deliver unbiased customer business requirements and industry dynamics to inform product management, product marketing, and sales. 
• Manage and implement the technical alignment of configurations, deployments, and core infrastructure to meet customer needs. 
• Partner with internal and external partners like sales, product managers, operations, design, customer relations, finance and business leaders to develop and steer solutions that meets customer needs and align with the industry's overall direction. 
• participate in proposal (RFP) and bid development to align industry's scope, cost, timeline, technical feasibility and deliverability.
• Build and deliver documentation, workshops, and training, and foster a culture of knowledge management.

Education and Major requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical Engineering Communication or Computer stream /Computer Science/ Information System or related fields. 
Project Experience 
5 years or more experience in Solution design and management, product management, IT consulting or related roles.
Language Skill 
English is a must. additional Language is a plus 
Key Skills and Certificate required 
• Good understanding of overall industry solutions
• Understanding of enterprise systems of integrating business processes with technological solutions
• Certificates on datacom, storage, cloud Ai and more is a plus preferably Huawei certification 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and time management skill
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with the customers
