Job Description:

We are seeking three experienced and driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 1 year’ s relevant industry experience to support our business expansion in Ethiopia. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in the power cable and electrical infrastructure, who can proactively explore market opportunities, collect project intelligence, and contribute to strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential projects, market trends, and competitive landscape.

·  Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

·  Lead and support the preparation of business proposals, tender documents, and marketing presentations.

·  Maintain and update customer and project databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

·  Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to execute market expansion strategies.

·  Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business development activities.

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

·  Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant industry experience in the power cable, electrical infrastructure, or construction sectors.

·  Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical products, power cable specifications, and project bidding processes.

·  Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify market opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.

·  Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities in both written and verbal formats.

·  Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and initiative.

·  Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Ethiopian business environment and local regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
