Therefore, Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) invites applications from qualified and competent candidates who meet the following criteria.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Collect and verify financial and operational data from portfolio companies to support sector-level reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and databases for subsidiary performance, governance documents, and compliance checklists.
  • Assist in preparing draft reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by the Portfolio Associate and Portfolio Director.
  • Support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation of meetings, performance dialogues, and governance reviews.
  • Take minutes of meetings and track agreed actions to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct basic research on sector trends, co-investment opportunities, and policy developments as assigned.
  • Help facilitate governance processes, such as Board nomination records and performance evaluation documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and dividend management requirements of subsidiaries.
  • Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagement events, workshops, and sector forums.
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth information flow within the Portfolio Management unit.

Qualification Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in business support, data analysis, reporting, administration, or corporate governance support, research, analytics, reporting, documentation, project or program support

Competencies Required

  • Basic data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High ethical standards and sense of confidentiality.
