Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager & Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while also creating visually appealing designs to enhance brand presence. Your role will focus on promoting Ashewa Technology’s tech solutions ensuring a strong online presence and effective lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) with engaging content.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads).
• Conduct SEO optimization, keyword research, and website content updates to improve organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
• Develop and oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and landing pages.
• Track and report marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

Graphics Design:

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
• Create website visuals, email templates, and promotional materials for various platforms.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, business cards, and presentations.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for digital campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
• Stay updated on design and marketing trends to implement innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress and basic web design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
