• Supporting tender team on technical specifications, Prices and tender requirements 
• Prepares tender documents of both technical and financial proposal as per the tender requirements & company guidelines 
• Follow-up tenders floated by different customers & collects tender documents 
• Submits tender document & participate in the bid openings. 
• Prepares periodic reports on tender activities
• Attend tender clarification meetings and arrange site visits. 
• Prepare Monthly Report 
• Follow up submitted tenders 
• Negotiate with Suppliers for best & competitive prices and secure best delivery terms

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field
• Year of experience = 3 - 5 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good Computer skill
