We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting both office and field environments, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for delivering reliable IT solutions. You will support daily operations, maintain systems, and provide end-user assistance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for computers, software, printers, and network devices
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment in office and field sites
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Support CRM, ERP, and internal digital systems
• Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
• Manage IT inventory and documentation
• Assist users with technical training and support
• Support wireless networks, routers, and access points
• Set up and support IT systems for temporary field operations and events

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or related role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of operating systems
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security basics
