HAB Business PLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential and commercial building. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, dedicated to ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for all tenants and occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Supervise building staff (e.g., maintenance crew, security staff, and janitorial staff) and third-party contractors.
• Develop and manage the building's operating budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all building activities, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and tenant information.
• Oversee security systems and protocols to ensure the safety of all occupants and assets.
• Manage the move-in and move-out process for tenants, including unit inspections.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management, or any other related fields.
• Proven experience as a Building Manager, Property Manager, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
