The Assistant Luxury Rental Building Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential property, ensuring exceptional service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building management. This role is ideal for a proactive, service-oriented professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and property operations.

 Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations & Customer Service

·       Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and temporary event space renters addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.

·       Foster a welcoming and upscale environment that reflects the brand and standards of the property.

·       Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Operations & Maintenance

·       Support daily building operations including cleanliness, safety, and functionality of common areas and amenities.

·       Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

·       Monitor building systems (HVAC, elevators, security) and report malfunctions or irregularities.

Administrative Duties

·       Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and building inspections.

·       Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, and budget tracking.

·       Prepare reports for senior management on occupancy, maintenance, and resident feedback.

Vendor & Staff Coordination

·       Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely service.

·       Supervise front desk staff, porters, and other building personnel as needed.

·       Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and local housing laws.

Marketing & Leasing Support

·       Assist in showcasing units to prospective tenants and support leasing efforts.

·       Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the property and maintain brand standards.

·       Monitor market trends and provide feedback on pricing and amenities.

·       And other related tasks/duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • ·2+ years of experience in residential property management or luxury hospitality.
  • ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • · Proficiency in property management software, ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ·Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • ·Knowledge of local housing regulations and building codes is a plus.

 Working Conditions

 On-site presence required; it may include evenings or weekends depending on operational needs.
