We are seeking a creative professional to design and develop compelling visual materials that enhance our marketing initiatives, elevate event branding, and support communication goals across exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities

Key Responsibilities 

• Design event collaterals including brochures, social media cards, posters, exhibitor kits, banners, badges, and signage. 
• Create layouts and adapt templates across languages and formats. 
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing leads to ensure message alignment. 
• Deliver materials in various formats (print-ready, digital publishing, web optimized). 
• Liaise with printers and production vendors for color proofing, format accuracy, and delivery coordination. 
• Assist in preparing materials for on-site installation and orientation (e.g., floorplans, info boards). 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual arts or related 
• At least 2 years of experience in design production, preferably for events, publications, or marketing agencies. 

Key Skills 

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and layout tools. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
• Keen eye for detail, branding, and visual hierarchy. 
• Understanding of event-specific design needs (large format, print materials, adaptable layouts).
