We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Recording

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Record daily financial transactions including income, expenses, and payroll.
  • Support in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.

2. Banking and Cash Management

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and ensure all supporting documents are properly attached.
  • Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies promptly.

3. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budget tracking and financial performance analysis.
  • Provide financial data and documentation for audits and management reviews.

4. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Support adherence to audit requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial processes.

5. Administrative and Procurement Support

  • Collaborate with procurement and project teams to process financial documentation.
  • Review purchase orders and payment requests for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

6. Learning and Professional Development

  • Participate in internal trainings and continuous learning to enhance accounting knowledge.
  • Learn and utilize the company’s accounting software and tools effectively.

7. Flexibility and Field Support

  • Be willing to travel to project sites for financial verification and support.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in the construction industry is highly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
