General Job Purpose
The Assistant CD Operations & MIS Officer plays a key role in strengthening operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the Customer Development (CD) function.
This role supports company data systems, operational processes, and performance analysis to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and business impact. The position also contributes to vendor management, procurement coordination, fleet safety, and key distributor (KD) management, acting as a central link between field teams and support functions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management Information Systems (MIS) & Data Management
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of company databases and reporting dashboards.
- Manage field team data to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare actionable insights and reports to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data governance across systems.
- Contribute to automating data collection and visualization through tools such as Power BI and Excel Dashboards.
2. Operations Management
- Support daily business operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate communication and workflow between departments and field operations.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, driving continuous operational improvements.
- Support CD Excellence initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Fleet & Safety Management
- Manage safety and compliance for company vehicles and drivers.
- Monitor and report vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
- Lead periodic safety awareness sessions and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate fleet and safety reviews, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up actions.
4. Purchasing & Vendor Management
- Coordinate purchase order processes—from request initiation to delivery and payment.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support vendor relationship management and maintain accurate purchase records.
5. Distributor Management
- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Key Distributors (KDs).
- Maintain and monitor KD contracts, ensuring timely preparation, renewal, and compliance.
- Manage a centralized contract tracking and archiving system for easy access and audit readiness.
6. Facilitation & Cross-Functional Support
- Organize coordination meetings and performance reviews across departments.
- Provide insights, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
- Offer operational and administrative support for cross-functional projects and audits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.6 or above.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities effectively.
