Guard and patrol company compound 24 hours a day based on shift schedules.
Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Monitor premises and respond immediately to any security concerns or incidents.
Keep daily security logs and report any unusual activities.
Ensure company assets are protected at all times.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism while on duty.

Experience in the Ethiopian Military or Police is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years and above experience as a security guard in a reputable organization.
Minimum education level: 8th grade complete.
Age: Below 45 years old.
Must be able to provide a trustworthy guarantor.
Willing to live on company premises and work on a rotating shift basis.
Physically fit, alert, and reliable.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
