Marketing & Business Development Manager

Job Description

This role requires a dynamic professional to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies that align with company growth targets. The manager will be responsible for driving lead generation, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Key activities include conducting market research, overseeing all digital and content marketing initiatives, managing the marketing budget for optimal ROI, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure sustained revenue growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that positions the company as a leader in the industry.
• Manage the company's brand and presence across digital channels such as website, LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule, and analyze social media content performance using different tools. 
• Create and manage contents, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, social media posts, graphics, and videos.
• Manage social media channels to engage with customers, grow audience, and promote brand awareness.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, influencers, and partners.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with local and international technology vendors, distributors, and partners to enhance market reach and service offerings.
• Provide regular, data-driven reports on market opportunities, sales forecasting, marketing campaign performance, and business development successes.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, 
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Management, including digital marketing and social media management
