Overview:

We are looking for The Video Recorder, Editor and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual narratives through a combination of video footage, motion graphics, and static designs. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall visual strategy of the company. As a Video Recorder, Editor, and Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in the production of visual content for various platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage, editing raw materials into polished final products, and creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in telling compelling stories that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Recording:

• Set up and operate video recording equipment for various projects, including interviews, events, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
• Capture B-roll footage and additional content as needed to enhance storytelling.
• Produce and edit videos tailored for their respective purposes - such as social media promotion, displays, corporate presentations training sessions and ensuring each video aligns with its intended use and audience.

2. Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into engaging final products using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create cohesive and polished videos.
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and project specifications, including resolution, format, and length.

3. Graphic Design:

• Create eye-catching graphics, including thumbnails, social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Work with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with campaign strategies and brand messaging.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of graphics produced.

4. Collaboration Communication:

• Collaborate with content creators and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for video and graphic projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and be open to receiving feedback on your work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proven portfolio showcasing proficiency in both video editing and graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
