Job Description

The Car Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling locally assembled new vehicles to individual and corporate clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicle features, negotiating prices, finalizing sales contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and guide them toward suitable vehicle options.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, performance, financing options, and warranties.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate key vehicle functionalities.
• Prepare and present competitive sales quotations to clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and pricing to close deals while meeting dealership profit margins.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, specifications, and market trends.
• Manage documentation for vehicle sales, financing, and delivery processes.
• Follow up with clients after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Company.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, and car exhibitions

Qualifications & Requirements:

 • Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Proven experience in automotive sales or similar customer-facing role. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 • Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for automobiles. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Basic understanding of vehicle financing. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
