Undertakes and registers the collections and deposits of revenue of the Company. Ensures that
all payments effected are made as per the collections and deposits of revenue policies and
guidelines. Prepares reconciliations, reports and summaries.

Ensure that all payments effected are made as per the collections and deposits of
revenue policies and guidelines;
Ensures the correct assignment of codes on receipt vouchers.
Ensures that receivables are timely received from customers;
Receives account receivable and other collectable lists from the department, contact
each debtor from the list, effect collection accordingly and reports daily the status of
collection to General Account Head;
Check the forwards of amount collected to the cashier on the same date.
Prepares periodic collection report and submits to General Account Head;
Code and post all sales and related invoices;
Ensures that all financial documents are properly filed and secured;
 Process timely collections & settlements of operation;
Prepare monthly VAT output Summary
Reconcile Customer Ledger, VAT and Sales Ledger.

Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or Finance
Experience of 4 years in similar positions, preferably in the Coffee Industry import and
export
Good knowledge of MS office and accounting software, MS Excel skills and Peachtree
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Self-motivation, commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work as part of a
team
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.
Work experience in coffee processing is more preferable.
