Responsibilities 

• Assist the overnight kitchen team in preparing late-night/early-morning meals.

• Wash, peel, and cut ingredients efficiently during night operations.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items for overnight inventory

supervisors.

• Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP protocols during unsupervised hours.
• Assist in plating and presentation to maintain consistency for overnight service.
• Lead pre-service setup and post-service cleanup for night operations.
• Work exclusively on scheduled night shifts.

Requirements

• Preferably an Ethiopian citizen or long-term resident with strong local knowledge.   Technical or Engineering diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
• Maintenance Management preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in managing construction or implementation sites.
• Familiarity with FIDIC Yellow Book 2017 contract implementation is an advantage.
• Proven experience adhering to project schedules and site management protocols.
• Strong English communication skills with good reporting and documentation ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project for project tracking.   Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically between project locations.
• Physical capability for light to moderate lifting and consistent presence on construction sites.
• Experience in logistics operations is highly desirable.
