Position Overview:

Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing with one year work experience. Specially health care service experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center’s services.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to create promotional materials that accurately represent the center’s offerings.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage content creation for the center’s website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.
• Organize and participate in health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring targeted communication and engagement.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with external vendors, media agencies, and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities.

• Analytical skills for interpreting market data and consumer behavior.
• Creativity and innovation for campaign development.
• Digital literacy, including familiarity with social media, and analytics tools.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related fields
