Job Title: Shredder/Crusher/Pelletizer Operator

Immediate Supervisor: Recycling Line Shift Leader

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Operate shredders, crushers, pelletizing and washing lines
Check and record machine parameters
Perform blade and screen changes
Segregate plastics properly
Report malfunctions
Weigh and record recovered materials
Assist in cleaning and machine maintenance
Manage safe shutdown/startup procedures

Job Specification

TVET Level IV/III in Mechanics, Manufacturing Technology, or Waste Processing
3–4 years relevant experience
