Job Title: E-Waste Production Supervisor

Immediate Supervisor: Plant Head

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising dismantling, shredding, crushing, washing, and pelletizing operations of e-waste. Ensures safe handling of hazardous fractions and implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Detailed Duties

• Supervise dismantling, shredding, crushing, washing, and pelletizing units
• Ensure proper separation of plastics, cables, and boards
• Monitor shredders, crushers, pelletizers, washing lines
• Ensure proper storage of hazardous fractions
• Set production priorities
• Deliver finished products to warehouse
• Oversee maintenance schedules
• Implement ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
• Prepare production reports

Job Specification

• BSc in Industrial/Mechanical/Environmental/Waste Management Engineering
• 5–6 years relevant experience (including 2 years supervision)
