Key Responsibilities and Areas of Expertise

1. Oversee all human resource functions and ensure effective HR operations.

2. Advise school leadership on labor laws and ensure full legal compliance.

3. Manage staff discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution processes.

4. Develop, implement, and enforce HR and institutional policies.

5. Represent the school in legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

6. Provide strategic HR and legal advice to management and the school board.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a valid license to practice law in Ethiopia.
• An additional qualification in Human Resource Management, Management, or Administration is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
