The BRIDGE+ project, through this assignment, aims to collaborate with an organization experienced in GESI, to identify gender gaps and opportunities and to develop a project action plan. To achieve this, the project will engage the organization on a consultancy basis.

The selected organization (hereinafter referred to as "the Consultant") will support the BRIDGE+ project by conducting a context analysis on GESI and recommending appropriate activities to reduce gender and social inequalities. These activities will focus on promoting inclusion and fostering the long-term empowerment of women, men, youth, and marginalized participants.

This assignment represents the first phase in a series of GESI engagements for BRIDGE+. Following the completion of the GESI desk review, analysis, and action plan, the project intends to partner with an organization at the national or local level to implement the proposed GESI action plan.

Well, understanding of the assignment, preparation, and submission of clear and quality technical proposal including the work plan: 

Experience in BRIDGE+ geographical areas (Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, Addis Ababa, and South)

Proven experience implementing in agri-food context (including dairy value chains will be preferred)

Proven experience relevant to GESI (women empowerment, women’s rights, male engagement, reducing inequalities, inclusion of marginalised groups, etc.)
