About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our E-waste recycling center, playing a vital role in supporting organizational efficiency while promoting a sustainable and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting and onboard competent staff, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and environmental safety regulations. By fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement, this role will directly contribute to the success of our E-waste recycling mission, aligning human resource practices with the organization's sustainability goals and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of candidates
• On boarding and training program management
• Performance management and employee evaluations
• Compliance with labor laws and workplace safety
• Employee relations and conflict resolution
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Development and enforcement of HR policies
• Collaboration with leadership on strategic human capital planning

Job requirement and skills

• HR-specific roles, a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in HR functions in the industrial sector, (recycling/waste management industries is beneficial).
• Good communication, interpersonal, Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance effectively.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, workplace safety, and sustainability practices relevant to E-waste recycling.
• Ability to engage employees in sustainability initiatives and promote eco-friendly workplace culture.
• Familiarity with HR software and administrative tasks.
