Responsibilities:

• Preparation of structural designs, specifications, cost estimates, material approvals, and coordination of all design works for both design and supervision contracts of building projects.

• Lead the structural design and analysis of projects from conception to completion.

• Develop innovative and efficient structural solutions that meet project requirements.

• Conduct structural calculations, simulations, and analyses using industry-standard software.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural systems into overall project designs.

• Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Participate in project meetings, client presentations, and technical reviews.

Place of Assignment:

Head Office (Addis Ababa)

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on preparation of Structural Designs, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and Coordination of all Design works for both Design and Supervision Contracts of Building Projects.

• Proficiency in structural analysis software

• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
