NJ Swiss Pharmaceutical Importer is a fast-growing company committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers across Ethiopia. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a motivated Junior Accountant who is eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and transaction postings
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Monitor invoices, payments, and expense records
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
