We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide insights that drive business growth. If you have experience in GAAP, taxation, we’d love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve reporting.
• Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant 
• Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Experience with financial reporting 
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet financial deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
