• Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site activities
• Check compliance of work with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site measurements and report quantities to senior engineers
• Assist in preparing daily progress reports and site documentation
• Support material tracking, usage monitoring, and storage verification
• Report site issues, delays, or deviations to the office and senior engineers
• Follow up on task completion with subcontractors and site teams
• Assist with inspections, testing, and verification of work completed
• Coordinate with site supervisors, office engineers, and QA/QC teams
• Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping on site

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of work experience (real estate or construction experience preferred)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality requirements
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Strong willingness to learn, improve, and develop
