Therefore, Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) invites applications from qualified and competent candidates who meet the following criteria.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Gather and analyse business related information including financial, non-financial and statistical to make informed strategic portfolio and investment decisions.
• Create, modify or update Policies, Procedures and manuals related to overall State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Business Operations.
• Support the development and application of digital transformation frameworks such as Enterprise Architecture to align on Business Strategies with Technology Strategies of portfolio companies.
• Deploy technology-driven platform or framework designed to capture, organize, store, retrieve, and share an organization’s knowledge assets to enhance efficiency, innovation, and decision-making.
• Adopt change management approach for digital transformation to ensure that organizational shifts—driven by new technologies, processes, or business models—are adopted smoothly, minimizing resistance and maximizing value.
• Generate training manuals, audio/video recordings and leverage Learning Management System (LMS) to provide on-line trainings to various users.

Qualification Requirement

Education ananad Experience

• BA degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Information Systems, or related fields and Diploma or higher in Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Combined knowledge in both Business and Information Systems is a MUST.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial, business and system analysis, digital transformation, analytics, data science using artificial intelligence, research or related area.

Competencies Required

• Business and Financial analysis
• Digital Transformation capabilities with data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of Ethiopia’s economic reform agenda, including Homegrown Economic Reform and SOE modernization / transformation efforts & Digital 2030 Strategy.
• Familiarity with global business and reporting standards (IFRS) as well as understanding of future trends.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical audience
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to public service and national development.
