Work place: Adama (Adama resident is highly preferred)

Specific Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Cost analysis and reporting: 
   • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing reports that compared to standard costs, and analyzing variances to identify causes. 
2.  Budgeting and planning: 
   • Maintain standard costs, creating cost budgets, and providing data for financial and operational planning. 
   • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for projects across the company
3. Inventory management: 
   • Reconciling finished goods inventories and facilitating physical inventory counts.
4. Reconciling General ledger & subsidiary ledger 
   • Collect and follow the foreign purchase documents for the preparation of cost build up for foreign purchase.
   • Manage fixed Asset ledger and calculate the depreciation expense monthly
5. Financial statement support: 
   • Validating the cost of goods sold and supporting internal and external audit requirements. 
6. Tax and compliance: 
   • Preparing tax reports accurately and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. 
7. Month-end closing: 
   • He/she assists journal entry review and account reconciliations and any other activities assigned 

• BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance

• 4 (four) years and above work experience in the area

• Required Skill: Basic Computer skill and ERP Training
