Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Employer & Subscription Sales

  • Identify, approach, and onboard employers to subscribe to Enisra job-packages
  • Sell employer subscription packages (job posting plans, recruitment packages)
  • Promote and manage SMS job subscription service (SMS 9295 – “OK”)
  • Convert phone, social media, and email enquiries into active subscribers
  • Follow up employers and renew subscriptions

Job Advertising & Posting

Advertise job opportunities via:

  • Enisra.com
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram)
  • SMS short code system (9295)
  • Email campaigns
  • Ensure jobs are properly categorized (non-skilled / semi-skilled / skilled / professional / freelance)

Candidate Shortlisting & Screening

  • Receive CVs / applications and shortlist candidates based on employer criteria
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluations
  • Match candidates with suitable positions
  • Support employers in the recruitment process

Employability & Training

  • Organize and coordinate employability skills trainings
  • (CV writing, interview skills, professionalism, communication)
  • Identify candidates who need:
  • Upskilling
  • Re-skilling
  • Certification
  • Refer candidates to TESBINN programs for:
  • Business training
  • Technical skills
  • Digital skills

Internship, Freelance & Part-Time Coordination

  • Source and coordinate:
  • Internship placements
  • Freelance opportunities
  • Part-time jobs
  • Entry-level roles
  • Build partnerships with:
  • Companies
  • NGOs
  • Startups
  • Factories
  • Hotels / farms / logistics companies

Job Market Research & Data Usage

Track:

  • Labor market trends

Required Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in:

  • A degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Business Management 
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing Management 
  • Psychology
  • Development Studies
  • IT / Digital Systems (added advantage)

Experience:

1 – 4 years’ experience in:

  • Recruitment
  • HR
  • Sales & customer service
  • NGO / private recruitment agency
  • Education/training institutions

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication in English and Amharic
  • Good persuasion & negotiation skill
  • Able to work independently with targets
