• Verify and confirm the correctness and validity of all payments and collection;

• Ensure the timely preparations of payroll and other regular payments with due consideration to deductions (advance, loan) and in line with the applicable tax laws;

• Verify tax returns for all applicable taxes, pension contribution and cost sharing;

• Ensure timely payment of income tax, pension and other deductions to the concerned government bodies.

• Ensure that the Company is in compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations;

• Monitor invoicing and ensure the timely collection of payments;

• Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections, keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection;

• Ensure the credit collection policies and regulations of the Company are properly adhered;

• Ensure that all transactions are governed by the Company’s procedures, rules and regulations and controls and correct any deviations;

• Ensure that pertinent records of disbursements and receivables are at all times up-to-date, orderly, well-kept and readily available for reference and audit when required;

BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance

Minimum of  6 - 8 years and above relevant work experience

IFRS training is mandatory

Proficiency in Accounting Software 

Excellent Communication Skill

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of team

Strong problem solving and analytical skill
