Job Roles and Accountabilities

• Assist in promoting company products and services through direct marketing and field activities
• Support customer acquisition efforts by identifying potential clients
• Participate in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the marketing team
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports
• Contribute to sales targets by engaging in promotional and sales activities
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and follow up on client inquiries

Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned marketing and sales targets
• Ensuring proper representation of the company brand in all activities
• Timely reporting of field activities, leads, and performance results
• Upholding professional ethics, customer service standards, and teamwork
• Responsible for accurate data collection and proper documentation of client interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and willingness to learn
