Job Summery

The General Service & Transport Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s transport operations and general service activities. This role ensures efficient vehicle utilization, timely maintenance, and smooth operation of office facilities, equipment, and utilities. The coordinator also supervises support staff, including attendants and cafeteria personnel, while controlling operational costs and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the head office and project sites. The position plays a key role in maintaining effective administrative support and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Plan, directs, coordinates, controls and performs transport coordination.
• Administers and coordinates the activities of transport service systems in head office and project offices.
• Follows-up and coordinates the maintenance and proper functioning of company vehicles, office furniture, equipment, and utilities.
• Controls maintenance, fuel, oil and lubricant cost.
• Directs and supervises the activities of attendants assigned to perform office, mail, cafeteria and sanitary services.
• Directs and monitors the proper and efficient functioning of the cafeteria service.
• Prepare and submits periodic activity reports to HR and GS manager.

Salary: Negotiable

Education:

• BA degree in management or other similar fields with 6 years and above relevant duties and responsibilities.
• Experience in real estate and construction sector is preferred.

Competencies:

• Certification in logistics, transport management, or facility management is a plus.
•  Strong knowledge of fleet management systems or transport coordination software.
• Good knowledge of property administration and facility management standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
