Job Title:   Corporate Procurement and Supply Director

Duty Station: Addis Ababa with frequent travels to the places where subsidiary businesses are located

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful procurement strategies.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Track record of achieving procurement objectives while maintaining compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different department
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee the procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of the market, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods.
• Plan policies and procedures for efficiently, honestly, economically and productively purchasing goods for supply chain production and operation.
• Establish essential guidelines for approving purchase orders, set purchasing policies, manage inventory, budget for materials and continuously consider stock requirements, skills and account balances.
• Monitor, review and analyze bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts.
• Oversee sources for purchasing supplies.
• Maintain company budget and streamline costs
• Carry out other strategic and other related activities that support the operation of Dina Investment businesses in terms of Procurement and Supplies.

Sex: Female or Male

Language Skill: Advantageous if the candidate has a good English skill in addition to Ethiopian Local Languages.

Term of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of Probation Period.

Required Educational Attainment: MA/MBA/BA 

Education: Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field of studies

Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience 2 years on Senior Position for Degree and 8 year relevant experience 1 year on Senior Position for Masters.
