Position Title: Senior Bid Organizer

At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc., a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa, is engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Bid Organizer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preparation of technical and financial proposals for engineering consultancy services, with a focus on design and supervision projects.
• Review and analyze bid documents (ToRs, RFPs, REoIs) from government agencies, donors, and international organizations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to compile high-quality proposal submissions.
• Organize and format CVs, project references, and other supporting documentation according to client requirements.
• Liaise with Joint Venture (JV) partners, sub-consultants, and individual experts to ensure the timely and complete submission of bid documents.
• Maintain and update the company’s database of professionals, templates, and previously submitted proposals.
• Monitor relevant tender opportunities from procurement portals, newspapers, and other sources.

Quantity Required - 2 

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a consulting and/or construction environment, with a focus on bid and proposal preparation.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures of government institutions (e.g., ERA, AACRA) and international donors (e.g., World Bank, AfDB).
• Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal formatting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in a Consulting Role
