Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and generate leads for the company. This individual will oversee the sales and marketing teams, manage relationships with clients and partners, and create effective campaigns that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and optimize the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are being met.
Manage key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term business
Design and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, email, etc.).
Oversee the creation of marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters.
Evaluate and improve marketing ROI by analyzing customer engagement and market trends.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product/service offerings.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and areas for expansion.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity in the market.
Lead, motivate, and develop both the sales and marketing teams to achieve high performance.
Foster a collaborative work environment between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Provide ongoing training and professional development to the team.
Create and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance analysis and market conditions.
