Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Duty Station: Adama
Salary: Company’s Scale
Reports to: Deputy GM-HR and Property Administration
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Proficient computer skills.
Clearly communicating with clients, team members, and senior management.
Sex: Female or Male
Language Skill: Advantageous if the candidate has a good English skill in addition to Ethiopian Local Languages.
Term of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of Probation Period.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff to foster a productive and safe work environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet performance targets. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
Implement and enforce safety and security protocols, maintain health and safety records, and ensure compliance with regulations..
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), prepare reports on warehouse activities for management review, and manage budgets
Carry out other duties as assigned by pertinent authority
Required Educational Attainment: MA/MBA/BA
Education: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field of studies
Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience 2 years on Senior Position for Degree and 4 year relevant experience 1 year on Senior Position for Masters.
