Job Summary

The role involves maintaining and reviewing protected stock, ensuring efficient and reliable inventory management, and verifying records for incoming and outgoing shipments. Additionally, the position may include other tasks as assigned by the Order Fulfilment and Admin Manager.

Primary Job Roles 

• Processing and Review of Planned Orders (CPRO / FDO)

• Produce Month-end report

• Control optimum Stock level set by the company 

• Identify aged parts and notify for inventory & OF manager.

• Initiate and Process supplier return. 

• Follow up on all stock and customer orders with suppliers and updating system accordingly.

• Prepare and review order tracking report and circulate to all concerned departments.

• Analysing the Stock weekly / Monthly reports for service percentage / Stock value KPI.

• Updating system replacement and stocking indicators for new and old items on ERP

• Record update for part numbers.

• Create Shipment and notify logistics within a given time.

• Filing for all relative documents. 

• Apply, maintain and review the protective stock according to the company standard

  • policy after approval.

• Follow up on planned orders with COE. 

• Sending of CPRO/FDO cancellation mails to initiators for their input before order is firm.

• Assist in the completion of physical inventories and cycle counting as required.

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Any Other job assigned by his/her manager

Qualifications

• BSC in Mechanical Engineering or BA in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Proficient in Excel, Data management, MS Word.
• Attention to detail
• Data Analysis
