Position Overview We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the furniture sector or a high-end retail/luxury sales environment. You must be presentable, an excellent communicator, a fast learner, and capable of starting immediately. 

Key Responsibilities

 1. Customer Interaction 

•  Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional and welcoming attitude. 
•  Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. 
•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 

2. Sales Performance 

•  Meet monthly sales targets and support overall sales performance. 
•  Prepare sales documentation and diligently follow up on leads. 

3. Showroom & Product Knowledge 

•  Maintain high showroom standards and ensure a strong customer experience. 
• Provide accurate and detailed product information and handle inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (Furniture or high-class retail preferred). 

• Communication: Strong communication skills (Amharic & English required). 

• Personal Attributes: Presentable, confident, and able to engage with clients professionally. 

• Aptitude: Fast learner with the ability to understand products quickly. 

• Drive: Proactive, result-driven, and strongly customer-focused. 

• Availability: Ability to start as soon as possible.
