Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, be fluent in English, and have 3–5 years of proven managerial experience in high-end restaurants or hotel establishments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. 
• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff. 
• Maintain high service standards and ensure excellent guest experience. 
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. 
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless daily operations. 
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs. 
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance. 
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with restaurant policies. 
• Implement processes to improve service quality and operational efficiency. 
• Ensure proper cash handling, reporting, and daily sales reconciliation. 
• Uphold the restaurants brand image, culture, and hospitality values. 

Requirements 

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. 
• Hospitality background is Preferable (high-end restaurant or hotel experience required). 
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and communication). 
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. 
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and guest relations. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. 
• Presentable, professional, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Fast learner with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
