DINA Animal Feed is a pioneer Animal Processing Company aiming to enhance its position as a leader in the food and feed processing industry in Ethiopia. Established in 2019, DINA Food Processing has rapidly expanded its operations, focusing on high-quality flour products and animal feed.

Key responsibilities

• Performs  tasks such as recording financial transactions, 
• Preparing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. 
• maintaining general ledgers, 
• processing accounts payable and receivable, 
• assisting senior accountants with month-end closing and financial statement preparation 
• managing petty cash, 
• preparing journal entries, 
• reconciling bank statements,
•  assisting with payroll/tax filings
• Enter and verify daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, stock movements
•  Process invoices, manage vendor payments, follow up on customer payments, and reconcile ledgers
• Record production cost entries, reconcile stock ledgers with physical counts/cards.
• Assist in payroll processing, manage employee leave records, and prepare related deductions/reports (pension, tax)
•  Prepare schedules for VAT, withholding tax, and ensure timely submission to authorities
• Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and budgets
• Provide documentation and support for internal/external audits
• Maintain organized, confidential, and accurate financial records, including fixed asset registers
• Carry out similar activities as assigned by the authorized personnel

Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

Salary: Company’s Scale

Skill: Proficient Computer Microsoft Office and other Financial Soft wares

Sex: Female or Male

Language Skill: It is advantageous if the candidate have proficiency of English Language apart from Ethiopian Local Languages

• Education: Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related fields. 
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years for Masters or 2 years for Degree relevant experience.
• Required Educational Attainment: MA/MBA/BA
