We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Customer Outlet Management with a minimum of 2 years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry. You will be responsible for managing direct sales channels and customer service at the company’s sales outlet. This role involves coordinating logistics for sales outlets, managing standards for walk-in customers, tracking orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with PVC and HDPE pipe products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage daily operations of the sales outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service and product availability.
• Handle direct sales to walk-in customers, responding to inquiries and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Track and process customer orders efficiently from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and order accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure prompt restocking of products.
• Maintain an attractive and organized outlet layout to enhance the customer experience and promote key product lines.
• Coordinate the delivery of customer orders, including preparing dispatch documentation and following up on delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement sales outlet operating procedures and enforce adherence to company standards.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit relevant data to the head office for analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s PVC and HDPE product offerings, including technical specifications and applications.
• Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the outlet.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions list.
• Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate daily sales records by the sales outlet clerk and report to the Sales Supervisor.
• Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two (2) years relevant experience for degree or one (1) years masters degree 1 year.
• Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS or sales recording systems.
• Basic knowledge of PVC and HDPE pipe products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Sales outlet or showroom environment with regular interaction with walk-in customers.
• May require working weekends or extended hours based on customer flow and business needs.
• Coordination with internal departments such as store, logistics, and accounts.
