Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy Manager to lead the company’s strategic planning and business growth initiatives across the FMCG, import/export, and related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and business operations, with a track record of driving strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operations across FMCG, import/export, and related business units.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within different business units.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Work closely with different departments, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to align strategies with company goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 3 years of overall experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations management within FMCG, import/export, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
