Job Description 

The Senior Marketing and Sales Officer are responsible for leading marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role combines creative marketing planning with hands-on sales execution to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and strengthen the organization’s market presence. The Senior Officer will also support brand development, oversee campaigns, and identify business opportunities to achieve company targets.  

Key Responsibilities 

1. Marketing Strategy & Implementation 
   • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. 
   • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and content creation. 
   • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities. 
   • Maintain strong brand visibility across all digital and offline channels. 
   • Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging. 
2. Sales & Business Development 
   • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to partners. 
   • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations. 
   • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and keep doing business. 
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on qualified leads. 
   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
3. Client Relationship Management 
   • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 
   • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and proposals professionally. 
   • Ensure a positive and seamless client experience from inquiry to onboarding. 
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting 
   • Monitor marketing and sales performance to evaluate effectiveness. 
   • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, lead conversions, and revenue growth. 
   • Recommend improvements and innovations for better results. 
5. Leadership & Collaboration 
   • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. 
   • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to align efforts.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field. 

• 3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Sales roles within the Logistics industry. 

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. 

• Strategic thinker with creative marketing insight. 

• Highly organized and results driven.
