Job Summary :- We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Sales Officer to support our sales activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all staffs in identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Assist in promoting company products/services through calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
•  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
•  Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the supervisor.
• Learn and understand the company’s products, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and field visits as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer questions.
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification

Education 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Experience 

• No prior work experience required.

Skills 

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Confidence to approach customers and present products.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Team player with a positive attitude.
