Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily administrative and operational activities of the center. 

• Supervise instructors and support staff to ensure high performance and punctuality. 

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost student enrollment and brand visibility. 

• Oversee student inquiries, registration processes, and customer satisfaction. 

• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resource management. 

• Maintain Skytech’s digital presence on social media, websites, and marketing platforms. 

• Plan and support promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach. 

• Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports to the founder/management. 

• Foster a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). 

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, marketing, or team leadership—preferably in education, tech, or startup environments. 

• Experience managing staff, handling customer service, and coordinating daily workflows. 

• Strong understanding of marketing principles—especially digital marketing and social media outreach. 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills. 

• Excellent communication (in both English and Amharic). 

• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities. 

• Familiarity with educational institutions, IT training, or tech solutions (preferred). 

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with office software, CRM tools, social media, and online marketing. 

• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and initiative.
